On April 13, 2013, The National Building Museum became alive with the 7th Annual Fashion for Paws Event. Dwarfing the rather expansive main hall, a few thousand people came together to cheer on those fundraising models that worked so hard to raise almost $700,000, in support of our 4-legged friends that need homes and care.
The incredible combination of Syzygy’s runway design, Ashlyn Gorse‘s emcee skills (E News) and Seyhan Duru‘s beats, attendees witnessed one of the most energetic shows Fashion for Paws has ever put on. Doing away with the VIP chairs and instead, including bar height tables, people were able to more freely mingle and dance during the presentation. Still, the party didn’t stop there. The music kept going on the dance floor until midnight, followed by an after party at Fujimar.
