This mix is for those that don’t have time to sit down and have a proper breakfast.  What you will need:

  1. 1-8oz. cup of vanilla yogurt (fat free)
  2. 1/4 cup walnuts
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1 cup almond milk
  5. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
